Host and creator of “Cocktail Hour”, a collection of short video blogs that educate and entertain from a sommelier’s perspective on the front lines in the service industry.

A true sommelier has more than wine knowledge; he or she must also be proficient in the service and handling of cigars, spirits, beer, and other alcoholic beverages.

As a former cigar store owner, partner in a cigar lounge, bartender and regional beverage program trainer, David has a very well rounded knowledge base, more than the standard “wine expertise” of the traditional sommelier. He was certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers in January of 2007.
